What actually makes it good
- Give the band lead time. Export early rather than the night before — a DJ needs the file, not a link.
- First dances are shorter than people expect. Around two minutes is the sweet spot before guests start watching their feet.
- Place names and dates make it yours. "That August in Sligo" beats "our special day" every time.
- Make two versions — a soft one for the dance, a loud one for later. Same story, different room.
